Custom Orders

If you are interested in a custom order, we can accommodate requests for grommets at custom lengths. Please note that this may result in additional costs. To place a custom order, provide us with your spacing measurements and allow 1-3 weeks for the order to be completed.

Cancellation and Returns

Customers have up to 3 hours to cancel a custom order. Once the order is in the process of being made, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated. If you wish to return or exchange a custom order, please contact us for assistance.

The Shade Panel is also made of high-quality fabric that offers UV Protection and blocks sunlight. With reinforced binding at each corner and double grommets, tearing is minimized, and strength is retained. Each corner can support up to 370N of tension.

Additionally, the Shade Panel with D-Ring features stainless D-ring eyelets at each corner for added durability. This product also offers up to 90% UV Protection and blocks sunlight, with each corner supporting up to 3000N of tension.
